LinkStar modem telnet command: PRT TERMEXEC print running status

Other linkstar telnet commands:  TCMP: Shows receive bit error rate - helpful for aligning the dish
CONO: show system information    PCONF :print configuration         ETHER : Show Ethernet interface status 
TCPS : TCP connection status    LMEP: indication that files are loaded into the two banks for both the software and firmware.
