I pay my bills?
You can pay your bills in any of the following ways:
1. Wire Transfer:
Note there is an initial $40 charge for wire transfer and subsequently $10
for each transfer amount.
2. Cash Payment in Nigeria in local currency equivalent or in
dollars.
3. Cash Payment in Ghana in local currency equivalent or in dollars.
What happens if I miss a payment?
The payments are due by the 25th of the month. If payment is missed, the
site will be deactivated. Reactivation will take one business day after full
payment has been received. There is a $50 fee for reactivation.
How do I get my deposit back?
Security deposits go into an escrow account. When you complete your contract
terms your deposit will be returned. If you leave the network prior to the
end of contract term, your security deposit will be forfeited.
Do I receive a discount on my
bandwidth if my site has a problem?
Depending on the cause of the issue, you may be entitled to the discount for
the number of days your site was down. For example if the issue originated
from your side, you will not receive a discount. But if it originated at the
hub, you will receive a discount per diem.
How is the discount for site
problems applied?
Discount will be applied on the subsequent invoice.
Is there a fee for changes in my service?
Yes, we do charge a fee for changing some parameters. For example: bandwidth
decrease cost $50.00. Mac Address update, or misc. changes are charge
$35.00. There is no fee for increasing your bandwidth.
Is there a reactivation fee if my
site was deactivated?
In a year, a particular site can be deactivated for various reasons
including but not limited to non-payment, faulty RCST or customer request to
deactivate the site. The first three reactivations will be assessed a fee of
$50.00. Any reactivation after that, the fee increases to $100.00.
Is there a fee for late payments?
Yes. If payment is late a 1.5% late fee will be imposed on the total invoice
amount.
What are ETC charges?
ETC stands for Early Termination Charges. If you leave the network prior to
the end of the contract an ETC fee will be assessed based on final
deactivation date.
How long can my site remain inactive
before ETC charges?
A site can remain inactive for a maximum of 30 days before ETC Charges will
come into effect.
